My apologies for not getting back with you about this sooner.
WooCommerce does have a REST API that can be used to communicate with other servers. But additional code will be needed to set up that communication so WooCommerce knows how to communicate with their servers and handle things like authentication.
I’m not aware of an existing plugin that will do this for you with clubkonnect.com. I would ask them if they have one you can use. If they don’t then you would need to either code one yourself or hire a developer to make it.

They currently do not have any, only thing they have is API .

It may be possible to make this work, but it will definitely require custom coding. It’s likely you can make their API and the WooCommerce API communicate, but it would require creating the code to set that up.
