How do I save/backup my site before switching themes?

    I’m completely new at web design and I just spent 2 weeks creating this site: havelesstravelmore.com even though it looks like nothing has been done.

    I’m thinking I want to switch themes to the Blogger WordPress Theme (right now im using tesseract) to see if it will be easier.

    Is there a way to save my site so that if I switch back to tesseract, everything will be how it is now?
