Hi @kudretx
Thanks for reaching out to us.
In that case, on another server, you can install wordpress and WPvivid Backup Plugin, upload a backup and restore.
All the best,
Hi, @tonyrobins,
I have one more question. Although my settings are as follows, backups are saved as 25-30 files. How can I fix this?
Settings: https://prnt.sc/10lzdc8
Backup on onedrive: https://prnt.sc/10lzdvs
Thank you.
Hi @kudretx
That is anomaly. Are there any settings on the OneDrive that can prevent our plugin from deleting files?
You can confirm that by deleting a backup file from the backup list on WPvivid and see whether it will be deleted from the OneDrive as well.
Also, does scheduled backup work properly on your site?
All the best,
@tonyrobins
It has not combined the files. All files are 200mb in size.
@kudretx
Oh, now I see.
That is because by default, the plugin will split a backup to multiple parts(200MB for each) to increase backup success rate, especially for websites with shared webhosting.
However, you do have the option to finally get a single backup file by changing the following WPvivid plugin settings,
In Advanced Settings
a. Set ‘Compress files every’ to 0 MB,
b. Uncheck the option ‘Enable optimization mode for web hosting/shared hosting’
In General Settings
c. Check the option ‘Merge all the backup files into single package’
However, please note that the above settings are only recommended for sites with sufficient server resources.
All the best,
