I have a Google Merchant account, and have been using a different plugin to upload my Woocommerce feed to my merchant account for a few months. My challenge is that I have many products that are only available in our retail store that aren’t available online (we have a POS system that syncs with Woocommerce to sell our products IRL). I don’t want these items showing up in Google (since they aren’t available online). They don’t have appropriate images, descriptions, etc. and are always rejected for this reason.

Is there any way to make adjustments to the product feed with this plugin? Can I at the very least select which categories are uploaded? I tried to change “sync and show” to “don’t sync and show” for several products, but they’re still showing up as “Issues to resolve”. Will it just take several days for things to sort themselves out?

I don’t want my account to be suspended because I’ve got so many “issues” on my feed. I was hoping this would streamline things, but if there’s no way to permanently delete some products from being submitted to Google, I’ll have to go back to what I was doing before. Thanks!

    Hi @rebeccaolson

If you have just recently changed the setting to Don’t Sync and Show this can take a day or two to sync. There’s more on that here in the documentation.

Let us know if this has not resolved after a few days!

Thank you! I just came back on to update that I found and changed the setting for those products last night, and the feed was updated by this morning. Sorry I couldn’t seem to find it in the documentation – thank you so much for your quick response!

    Hello!

Thanks for getting back to us with an update. We’re happy to hear the issue is resolved. If you have any other issues to report feel free to return to the forums and submit a new request.

I am going to mark this issue as resolved now. Thanks again!
