How do I remove /index.php/ from the middle of my Canonical Meta tags ?

    I have

    <meta property=”og:locale” content=”de_DE” />
    <meta property=”og:type” content=”article” />
    <meta property=”og:title” content=”MCT-Öl Archive – cbdkaufen.com” />
    <meta property=”og:url” content=”https://cbdkaufen.com/index.php/product-tag/mct-oel/” />

    an index.php in my meta tags of my Tag pages only. Is it an issue by yoast?
