delete the files and directories.

They are located in your /wp-content/themes directory, just delete them, you don’t need to do anything inside of the dashboard unless one of the themes is your active theme. It’s a good idea though to at least leave your default theme in there, in my opinion.
I do not see the /wp-content/themes directory when I manage my files on my domain. Where is this folder located and how do I access it?

You access it with an ftp client, or with the file manager your host provides.
Start in the directory where you installed wordpress. There will be a directory/folder in there named “wp-content”. Look inside.
