How do I remove bar going through a widget?

Hi,

I am newbie in the process of building my site using the Agent Press theme, my host is GoDaddy.

On the home page, there is a blue bar going across the Featured Property widget, (it is the lighter blue bar under the widget title). Here is what I want to do and just can’t figure out how to do it.

–Remove this bar.
–Add white space between the slider and this same widget, Featured Property.
