    hi, I've been trying to reduce the height of the top part of this theme for nearly one hour, I'm almost clueless. I tried the the wrapper, the header, the head, head-left, head-right but it seems the menu is stuck. I don't see no absolute positioning. it's baffling me. any assistance will be appreciated. thanks.

    Try this, change the first value for height adjustment

    #head_left {
        padding: 10px 20px;
    }

    I hope that's what you meant.

    thank you for your response. I figured it out. I was puzzled. so I downloaded a fresh copy of zeemagazine to compare. then I realized a class that I inserted in the #head had a top margin of 70px. that's almost a 100px. once I removed the margin, it took care of it. just needed a 10px padding on top. thanks again.
