When I go to install.php it says I need to delete the table files if I want to re install. * How do I do this? What files are they? Then, simply follow the installation instructions. You will not have to upload new files, but depending on what your new database is named, you may have to change the values in wp-config.php. * To completely re-install WordPress, use phpmyadmin to drop all of the tables in your WordPress database, or use whatever your hosting provider has given you to manage MySQL and delete the entire database, then delete all of your WordPress files.
