How do I prevent customers from closing a support ticket?

    Hi @dgenc,

    Thanks for reaching out!
    Unfortunately this is not an option the plugins has at the moment, I’m sorry.
    The most you can do is remove ‘If our response has resolved the issue you were experiencing, you can quickly and easily close the ticket by clicking here.’ from your email templates by going to Tickets > Settings > Emails.
