How do I post/embed videos in wordpress 2.7?

    As above.

    A how to would be very much appreciated.

    Youtube videos for a start, but being able to embed from other sources would also be great.

    For YouTube, just grab the embed code, switch to html mode in the WP editor, past and publish.

    Thanks for the reply mate. Did not work…

    Do I have to disable visual editor, use the around the embed code, or anything else?

    To switch to html mode, I just have to hit the html tab right?

    yes, switch to html mode and paste the embed code from youtube.
    for me is working just fine

    hmm ok, I can get a video to work, but the issue is that it won’t show on the front page.

    ie the video is posted and works fine on the actual individual post page, but does not show up in the post on the front page…
