# How do I pay?

 * I was a premium paid customer and auto renew is enabled but it shows the key 
   is expired. I shows auto renew is enabled @ $*/year which is the discounted price
   I signed up at.
 * I tired to email the company but I guess since my key is expired, they ignore
   my emails even though I was asking how to pay and renew.
 * It’s a problem when your customers can’t pay you.

 * I’m not a premium user. Is your payment method still valid? Do they email out
   renewal notifications? Maybe posting on their blog will get their attention:

 * My credit card # was changed. I manually renewed it at the regular price and 
   it still shows it will auto renew at the discounted price next year. Hopefully,
   it will auto renew at the discounted price next year.
