How do I parse the title, author, and date, from the Meta Data?

    When a single post is shared from my site, the excerpt, in The Meta Data, comes out like this:

    George Washington On The Danger Of Political Parties Posted on September 7, 2009 by markross “I have already intimated to you the danger of parties in the State, with particular reference to the founding of them on geographical discriminations. Let me now take a more compr…

    Would anyone be able to tell me how I can parse out the post title, post date, and author, so that ONLY the excerpt from the body of the post appears?

    The desired result:
    “I have already intimated to you the danger of parties in the State, with particular reference to the founding of them on geographical discriminations. Let me now take a more compr…
