[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] open a gallery straight from a thumbnail

Hi
I’m trying to use nextgen gallery in a way, that when you click a thumbnail for an album, the whole photo gallery shows up on the page, complete with thumbnails and scrolling, without you leaving to a different page.
Its some type of lightbox effect or something similar (pictlens javascript).
Does anyone know what i am talking about? do i need to modify the plugin or is there something I can set somewhere
