  • How Do I move my movable type database from my old domain, to my new domain? I currently have my old movable type database, no movabletype though, it puked so I nuked all the files, just the database remains, on my old host, jon-west dot net, and have since migrated to wordpress on my new domain, with a different host, jonathanwest dot org. Now the question I have is how do I move my old movabletype database to my new host without losing anything, and import all my old entries from it into my newer wordpress database. I looked at the conversion info in the codex, but that seems to apply on if you still have movable type installed, which I don’t…just the database, on the wrong host at that…any ideas? Thanks for anybody who can help me pull this one off.
