    Hi Redman,

If you want to more fields in 2nd booking form then its needs to modify core code in both manner design & codding and also holds values in database too.

Do you have coding knowledge in PHP?

Just tell me what type of fields do want to add?
Like: age, address, sex, interest, etc.

    Thanks
    ~Frank

    Hi Frank,

thanks again for the prompt reply , its friday and you are still helping us. (Y)

Anw I do not have knowledge in PHP , but if you can give me examples of which files to modify to create fields such as (dropdownlist , radio button , text box , text field) will be awesome .

This are the fields that i need so far , but it will change with times i believe , cause i am still in beta right now. so i may need new fields in time to come. but below is the list of what i need so far.

    Nric:
    Name:
    Gender: (radio button) Male/Female
    Date of Birth:
    Address:
    Postal Code:
    Country:(dropdownlist)
    mobile:
    Email:
    Race: (Dropdownlist)Chinese/Malay/Indian/Others
    Payment Detail: (Dropdownlist)Full Payment/Deposit
    Payment Type: (Dropdownlist) ibanking/paypal

(Checkbox) I have read and agreed to Dualify terms and conditions here

    Hey guys,

I have PHP knowledge but I’m a bit concerned about alter the core code because it can be overwritten by an update.

I need an extra field: customer number

    1) How can I be sure to keep my altered code when updating?
    2) Where can I add the extra field?

#2 is optional, I probably can find it myself but you can spare me the trouble finding it 🙂

    tnx in advanced, Remco.

    @kreks,

You can rename the “Note” field to Customer Number. That way you will only need to change the label after the next update.
