How do I migrate busy wordpress.com to my own domain/server with subscribers

I have a reasonably busy blog with a few hundred subscribers and followers on wordpress.com

I know how to export and import my posts etc but is there a way to keep my subscribers when I start posting on the new blog?

I’m going from http://www.huntingenglish.wordpress.com to http://www.huntingenglish.com/

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
