[resolved] How do I make WooSidebars appear in WP admin area? (3 posts)

So, I am working on a new site and trying to use WooCommerce. I downloaded, installed Mystile theme from Woo, installed WooCommerce, WooDoJo... unpacked installed WooSidebars and I got nothing.

There is absolutely no reference anywhere (in themes, mystile editor, appearance link, woocommerce admin, etc...) to this plugin other than to say that it thinks it exists.

I want to create custom sidebars. This is the only installation of any theme ever (and I've installed more than a few) that not only disabled my WP sidebars, but now won't let me do anything.

Where did they go? How do I get them back? Do I need a different theme? Do I need a quick edit in a woo php file somewhere?

    Quite frustrated. Thanks in advance!!!

Please refer to the docs for using and setting up WooSidebars. - http://docs.woothemes.com/woosidebars/

That will explain how you use the plugin and setup new widget areas.

    Hi Nitewalk,

The plugin adds a "Widget Areas" menu underneath the "Appearance" menu in the WordPress admin. :)

    Thanks and regards,
