How do I make the articles collapse within the month?

Hi,
In the link https://www.queenmypawn.com/archives/, the posts are displayed under the month.
However, I would like to collapse the posts within the month, such as in https://boldanddetermined.com/archives/. I know this would have to do something with the date-view plugin which I am using.
How do I make the articles collapse and expand with respect to the month?
