How do I make change feature images on mouse-over?

I’d like to be able have two separate images per feature.

When no mouse-over, there is one image showing.

When mouse-over, another image should show.

These are unique to each feature. That means assigning TWO images per feature. One active, and one for mouse-over.

I’d like to do this all in CSS.

Thoughts?
