How Do I Log In

    How do I log into my wordpress page. I have just changed the theme which has made the admin tag disappear and now I cant log in. I have tried putting /wp-admin and also /wp-login.php after the address but it just says that the web page is not available. The actual webpage is still there – http://www.doubleedgedtraining.com
    Help Please!!!
