How do I know the plugin is working or being used

Hi,
I have just inherited a site, and I am trying to rationalise the plugins.
The previous developers seems to have used your plugin. under ‘Tools/update URLs’ I can see this: http://screencast.com/t/j4DY3Mv0uT
as there are no ‘new URLs’ or even ‘Old URLs’ does this it has not been used?
