 * Are you asking for help configuring WP Super Cache to make it as fast as possible?
 * If so, then using “expert cache delivery” is marginally faster than “simple”.
   You could preload posts so that visitors to your site see already cached pages.
 * Otherwise, that’s a very broad question, and beyond the scope of this forum. 
   Searching online is probably your best bet as there are many blog posts answering
   your question.
