How do I globally change blogger image tags from imported posts? (9 posts)

I imported my blog to WP from blogger and where the photos were are now only place holders (little red x's). I'm assuming this is because blogger won't let me hotlink to those images since I'm not using their server any longer. I'd like to be able to change the image tags that were imported to WP from blogger with my domain/folder info so the images will reappear. Where can I go to change those tags?

So the image tags are in the database?

Can anyone provide the syntax for the tag I'd be searching for?

ps thanks for the quick reply!

Open any post and look at how the images are listed.

That will tell you the syntax.

Then change them to straight XHTML image links.

Right, but doesn't WP assemble the pages 'on the fly'? Which .php page should I look in to make that change? You say any post, ok, I can do that, but I'm assuming I have to go into a certain .php page to make the change? Like I said, I would like to do this globally and not post by post.

If you let us have a link to a post of yours that has such a broken image, we can tell you the precise change you'll need. Without the paths, our advice can only be vague.

    Here's the main page: http://www.vertiblog.com/index.php
Here's a link to an image that does not appear on that page: http://photos1.blogger.com/img/213/3154/1024/bono_b2.jpg

I have uploaded all of my images to my own server, and am hoping I can just change the first part of the URL from photos1.blogger.com, etc. to mydomain.com, etc. Hopefully there is a simple workaround.

Thanks in advance for your help!

and actually this may be a non issue as blogger has now added photo upload capability to non blogger servers... weird timing, eh?
