# How do I get support??

 * I have the (paid) Pro version, and I submitted a ticket through [https://getshortcodes.com/support/open-support-ticket/](https://getshortcodes.com/support/open-support-ticket/)
   on August 27 and got a confirmation email. After a week I got no answer, so I
   submitted again, and got another confirmation email. Now it’s nearly another 
   week and I still haven’t had any response. What do I need to do to contact someone?
 * (My license and the support tickets are submitted under a different email than
   this one.)
