I just updated to the current version of wordpress 3.3.2 and to the theme oxygen. But it seems that when I did I now cannot get to my website unless I have /wordpress at the end of the url.

Changing my site address url in general settings isn’t working and I’m not sure what else to do! I want it to look professional and I’ve never had this problem until now. Is it something with newest wordpress? Please help!

This is what i want to work:

    This is what works:

This is what confuses me because I had done this when I initially setup my website and it was working fine until I updated. basically I need to do this all over again?

Perhaps you removed the copied files when you updated?

I updated and installed through the wp dashboard and didn’t move any files at all which is why I’m confused.

I will try doing that step again to see if that solves the problem, I just don’t want to permanently mess anything up on accident.
