How do I get my FTP information?/ Site crashed/Changed URL

I recently started my blog about a week ago & I’ve already come to a situation that I cant seem to figure out. Understand, that I’m learning as I go. I’m a very hands-on learner so once I got it up I’m clicking buttons and changing settings like a mad man trying to figure things out. Which is why I’m so frustrated right now since my site is already down.

As the topic says, I need to find out my FTP information for FileZilla (at this point, this is what “think” i have to do). I had never heard of FTP before last week by the way. On the first page of the Dashboard in wordpress, it has 2 urls in the general settings. One’s primary, & the other is admin i believe (havent seen my dashboard in a week so…). Both of these urls had the same thing. which i thought was odd. Stupidly, I changed one (the admin i think), thinking that was a good idea & boom. There goes my site. All blank with 404 Error Page not found. I cannot log into my wordpress, see my dashboard, or able to change it back through that method.

After I figured out what i did, I’ve been trying for the past week to get my FTP info with no success. Seems I have to manually recode the site through a doc which, if i had the correct info doesnt look too too hard. Still at a loss none the less. Host site hasnt emailed me a damn thing and I’ve emailed them about 30 times already.

Is there any other way? Or am I just stuck paying for a site that I cant do anything with? Any help is appreciated. I’m just about ready to pay someone to fix it. I was happy with how it was already turing out & I’m no longer overflowing with ideas for it. Please help. Thank you
