How do I get larger pictures on frontpage?

    Hello
    I tried to get larger pictures on my frontpage. I also have tried the Grid option, but then the tiles are different (not the same height, not pretty))
    And then you can’t see a preview of my intro text of my blogpost. Only the header.
    Is it possible to change my layout, so my pictures (thumbnails?) will be bigger?
    I don’t know much about CSS.
