How do I get comment on my blog to show up on the Facebook page I created for it (9 posts)

HelP!!! I can't tell you have much time I have spent trying to figure this out myself.

I created a Facebook page to generate traffic for my blog, and I installed "Add Link to Facebook" to make sure that comments on my blog show up there and vice versa. While the comments made on the Facebook page are showing up on my blog, comments on my blog are NOT showing up on the blog's Facebook page.

I went to the Plug-In. In the Comments section I have checked - Integrate comments from Facebook- -Post WordPress comments back to Facebook- AND -Copy comments from Facebook to WordPress- and yet, the comments on my Posts STILL aren't showing up on the FB page.

I checked and the appropriate page name in listed under the PAGE/GROUP field.

What is going on, and how do I fix this?

Could you please download and install the development version of the plugin and send me the debug information as explained in the last question of the FAQ?

Please let me know if you sent the debug information, because it often lands in the spam folder.

I can't for the life of me figure out how to debug. When I click on Add link to Facebook under tools it just brings me to the same interface with it that clicking under Plugins does. So, this is what is happening:
I created a FB page to promote my blog.
When I make a blog post, it DOES show up as a link on the FB page.
When someone makes on comment on the link now on said FB page, it shows up on the FB page and on the news feed of anyone who has Liked the FB page.
When someone makes a comment ALSO shows up on the blog itself (AFTER the normal comments and AFTER the Tags) as "7 Thoughts on ...." (though it's in a different font than the regular comments)
When someone makes a comment on the BLOG post ITSELF, it shows up on THEIR facebook page and in the news feed of their friends. It does NOT, however, show up on the FB page that I created to promote the blog.
I have spent HOURS logging in and out of both FB & WordPress. Toggling between myself and a shadow FB person I created just to test this.
So far, the results have not changed.

I can't for the life of me figure out how to debug.

It is in the right resources panel on the plugin settings page.

Maybe your problem is some privacy setting of Facebook. Maybe question U39 of the FAQ can help you.

It's not U39, I checked that several times. As for the Debug, until about 7:00 last night, the WP interface on Godaddy's hosting didn't have panels. It was one horrible page where you had to keep scrolling up and down. Happily that has now changed :)

I will send the Debug info now.

It's not a privacy setting. The comments ARE showing up on the pages of the ppl making them. They AREN'T showing up on the FB page I created to promote the blog, unless the are in response to a comment that I initially made on the blog AS the FB Page.

    Is this normal?

From the debug information I can see the plugin exports comments to Facebook successfully. You can check this yourself in the rows labelled 'post #xxx', look at export=x/y, where x is the number of comments successfully exported to Facebook and y the total number of comments for the post.

So, this is probably a Facebook problem.

I know it is exporting them correctly. I said they are showing up on the page of the people posting them. What they are NOT doing is ALSO showing up on the FB page I created to promote the blog. Can you change that?

No, sorry, how, when, where things are shown on Facebook (or not) is controlled by Facebook, not by the plugin.

That's what I thought. I wish I had known that before I spent about 8 hours trying and retrying things. Oh well, now I know. Thanks for the Plug in Anyway, I like it a lot.
