    Unusable, great at telling you if you have a problem, doesn’t then do anything about it unless you continue to buy add ons. An incomprehensible dashboard. The system sends you emails, you click on the link, and no where is there anything related to what the email was about, or does it provide a way to deal with it. I’m off to buy a program that works. How do I get a refund?
