How do I find Thumbnail ID to put in custom field?

    Hi,

    I’ve got a custom field in my page to show a gallery:

    [gallery link="file" columns="4" ids="1344,1849,1853,1861,1980,1889,1812,1893"]

    How do I find the thumbnail id to put into the custom field?

    For example:
    the post id is 1341 and the thumbnail id is 1344
    the post id is 1847 and the thumbnail id is 1849
    the post id is 1851 and the thumbnail id is 1853

    Is there a simple way for me to find the featured image thumbnail id so I can just type it in there?
