# How do I export posts by author?

   including filter by author) when creating an export file from the Tools menu…

 * …but I don’t see any filters available when I go to export my database. The only
   option I see is “Choose what to export” and then only 3 choices – All Content,
   Posts, and Pages. No filters to choose from.
 * Where do I choose the filters?
