Hi @billpetro, thanks for the clear question and providing a link to the page in question.
I think what you want is:
* go to your WordPress Admin dashboard, under “Settings” click “YARPP”
* inside the “Automatic Display Options” area, beside “Automatically Display Related content on” UNcheck “Pages” (screenshot)
* save
This will instructo YARPP to only ever recommend posts, never pages.
Does that answer your question?
Thanks for the reply Michael.
Alas, I already have that option checked, and only that option checked. Nevertheless, at the bottom of this post, I have a recommendation for a Page = “Bibliography” https://billpetro.com/history-of-new-years-day

Hi @billpetro thanks for the screenshot and details, and sorry for the delay.
Oh how about the setting “Display Results from all post types” under “The Pool” (screenshot)? If that’s checked YARPP will recommend pages when viewing a post etc.
Michael,
That seems to have done it! Thanks, “all post types” didn’t suggest “pages” to me 😉
Ok good. Ya that’s a good point: in order to know “all post types” includes pages you would have needed to know pages are actually special types of posts in WordPress’ database.
We’ll see about clarifying that text; the only difficulty doing that is that text has been translated into a lot of languages by a lot of volunteers, and making any change to it necessitates retranslating it.
Anyways, thanks for your patience and feedback.
Thank you for the clarification.
Quick question: My titles don’t fit in the referred articles, is there an easier way to adjust the font than editing the CSS of my master theme?
