# How do I enable authors

 * I have already checked “Display Author”in the Content Settings section but they
   still do not show on the site. Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong or if this
   is possible?

 * Hi [@aaronhosc](https://wordpress.org/support/users/aaronhosc/) that sounds strange,
   we don’t have a “Display Author” feature in the theme, so it’s coming from a 
   plugin. Have you tried contacting the plugin author?
 * We’ll be releasing a feature with about the author in our plugin next week though,
   so you’ll be able to use that soon.
