how do i embed a post into another post

    how can i change my wordpress theme post from showing up on my static page i only want so many to show up in the static page. basically what im trying to do is put a portfolio in one post without having all my post show up on the static page every time i try to add a new video with the shortcode. check my site out please help if you can. i want a portfolio or gallery on my video post

    Sorry, but I’m not sure what you mean…
    Under setting under reading, you can set the number of posts to display in your blog section. So you can reduce the number there.

    If you just want one piece of content, then it’s best to use pages.

    im just trying to make a portfolio were people can view videos without having so many post on my static pate, since post on the front page are by default, so basically how do i make a portfolio page for videos.
