How do i eliminate the time from posts

Hello all, does anyone know how to eliminate the time from showing on my posts? I’m fine with the day being displayed, but I am not a fan of the time being visible on posts. Also,a separate issue is the time on my homepage itself is wrong. It is reading as Wednesday(today is Tuesday). I don’t really see where to change this in settings, (I keep going to the utc field but not having success)any suggestions?
