How do i effecnietl create postst that attomatically resize once posted?

So I have a question. I want to create image list posts like buzfeed. Example: http://www.buzzfeed.com/catesish/a-step-by-step-guide-to-making-a-buzzfeed-post#.btxaeqYj0

are ther plugins available to make this efficiently, including the attribution image? Or, would hte plugins show this down ANY advice to point me in the direction would be helpful. I am currently using Avada , i noticed the a theme similar to buzfeed but might get around that if i can do this with my avada 🙂
