    Hi there,

How do you edit the default restriction message show to non logged in users when they try to view restricted pages i.e. ‘Sorry you have no rights to view this entry!’?

My client wants to put their own message here with instructions to login.

    Kind regards,
    Charlotte

I should have said I have already tried updating the settings section with my own title and content but it doesn’t seem to be showing.

    Thanks,
    Charlotte

be aware that by default, pages use their own settings, not the default ones. you can select that on the settings page under the “object type” pull down menu.

    Hi @mwestrik,

Thank you for your swift response. I didn’t realise you had to edit each one of the drop down options with the personal message. I edited the Page options and now it’s working fine and showing my own message.

Many thanks for helping resolve this.

    Kind regards,
    Charlotte
