how do I do anchors (aka page jumps)?

    I was told it is possible in TinyMCWE Advanced, so I installed that plugin. Yes, there is an anchor button in it, however it does not seem to work. U even uninstalled and reinstalled… no help. When I where I want it, click it and type in a name, then insert, it does not appear. What am I doing wrong?
