How do I disable New Relic Monitoring?

    All of a sudden I am getting the following error. I think it might have started after updating 4 plugins today, but I am not sure:

    New Relic is not running correctly.

    The plugin has detected the following issues:.
    PHP module is not enabled.
    PHP agent is not enabled.
    Application ID is not configured. Enter/Select application name.
    License key could not be detected in ini file.
    Please review the settings.

    I don’t use New relic any more, so I tried to delete the API key from Total Cache and it will not let me. I hit “Configure”, deleted the key, hit apply and I get “API key verification failed: Unauthorized”, and I have to hit the “X” button to close the pop-up, and the key is never deleted. How do I disable New Relic?
