    Hi,

I'd like to make the home page a static page and the blog page a page named BLOG. So far, I've been able to accomplish this. However, the HOME page continues to display on the nav bar. Any idea how I can delete this page from the nav bar?

    Thanks,

    Chris

Many themes hardcode a 'Home' reference into the header.php file and use the template tag, wp_list_pages(), to display the other page links.

You could always use "exclude pages".

But that's if you are using wp_list_pages() like MichaelH suggested.

You could always change the name of HOME and make it into something else if the exclusion isn't the right solution.
