How do I create a form thank you page that includes a summary and PayPal button?

    I just installed the plugin, Custom Contact Forms, and need to create a Thank You page for my form that allows me to put my own text, a summary of the data that the user submitted via the form, and a PayPal button. How do I do that? Step-by-step, please. If I can’t do that via this plugin, which free plugin will allow me to do that and how do I do it? I know HTML.
