How do I create a blog on the lite MH Corporate theme like the Demo?

I have my site set up just like the MH Corp. demo.

My site: http://www.investindustries.com/home/
Notice on the Corporate demo, there is a “page” titled “Blog”.
How do I create that “page/blog”?
