How do I clear the default posts/pictures etc from my front page?

My website is at http://www.breakingtruth.info

Basically I want to know how to completely clear all the junk off my front page, all the stuff that came with the theme.

All those pictures and things in another language need to go, I want to be able to just start from scratch and add my own content. I also want to get rid of all the things that say Footer 1, Footer 2, Footer 3 etc at the bottom of the page.

Am I just missing something painfully obvious here?

Would appreciate any and all help, thanks.

I am using wordpress hosted by GoDaddy by the way, I’m not sure if that makes a difference.
