    So, I like this slider except for two things. The first thing may just be something I need to know how to tweak – the text is in the middle of the image and I want it on the bottom.

    The second, I am not sure. It would be great if it just used the title and description that is entered into the stock media gallery instead of having to re-enter it. Is that possible?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi kallard,

    – We checked this issue
    – For set the title at top position please apply custom css

    p.sp-layer.sp-white.sp-padding.title-in.title-in-bg.hide-small-screen {
        top: 422px !important;
    }

    and save the settings

    – If you want to keep title and description at attach time of image on the slide this feature is available in our free plugin but in case of title, not description

    – The setting is Set Slide Title As – File Title (Slide Title as an image file name)

    A few other questions…

    Where do I enter the above code? But I wanted it at the bottom, not the top. Does the pro version have controls for this that isn’t code?

    Also, I tried the auto height, but I think what I need is auto width. Most of the images I have are vertical. I need to be able to set the height to fit on the page vertically, but adjust the image to fit within that height. Is there a setting for that in the paid version? Or am I missing it in the free version?

    Does the paid version allow you to put the description?

    Put the CSS code into Custom CSS setting field.

    You can try the pro version, pro has the settings you required. You try the plugin before go to buy, details available on plugins description tab.

    Thanks

    I tried putting the custom css in, but it did not have any affect. May be my theme.

    I still am not getting it to work the way I want. I want the gallery to look exactly like this one: gallery EXCEPT with thumbnails underneath instead of the grey navigation squares. That would be perfect.

    Here is the thumbnail version that is not working for me…the text blocks block the image. test page

    By the way, I DID purchase the PRO version.

    I am still fooling with the test page, so you might see something slightly different then when I posted the link above. I notice that when I put the title and description at the top (which is really not at the top) the Title and Description appear as if they are in the same box. This is what I would prefer. When I put it at the bottom, the title and description are separate blocks.

    There really should be a way to duplicate slideshows. Think about that for future updates. 😉
