How do I change the slug from glossary to something else?

Hi,

Another question – is it possible to change the slug from glossary to something else? So instead of the permalink – http://www.mysite.com/glossary/term, I can make it http://www.mysite.com/somethingsnazzy/term

Also, would doing so affect the glossary shortcode?
