How do I change the header?

    I want to change the header on my blog but I don’t know how to change the code. If I go on Appearance it only gives me Widgets, Menus, Editor. My blog is paulasadvice.com, I want to change the “Simplex Magazine”. There was a part in the code that said “simplex magazine”, I changed it to my blog name but nothing changed. Can anyone, please help me?
