How do i change the author thumbnail for different users?

and here is my site – http://www.hostilegamer.comi recently employed a new writer and i am wanting to know how to change his author thumbnail to one of his. Every time he posts, it comes up with my picture (stu).
The image i use for my thumbnail is at http://www.hostilegamer.com/wp-content/themes/news-leak/images/no_user_image (ignore the ‘no user image’ part)
So how do i change it so that when my other writer posts it can come up with his thumbnail?
