to prevent hacking, make sure you use a save password. What you call a bizar password is very save to use.
There is no Admin panel anywhere on my screen when I log in
What is your WordPress website URL?
If your URL is: http://www.example.com
then your Admin panel should be http://www.example.com/admin
Once you login then follow steps 1-5 mentioned in the link https://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
under the section “To Change Your Password”

I think this is putting the cart before the horse. How can I have a WordPress website when WordPress woun’t even let me download the WordPress software to create one.
