How do I change my menu font and size?

Have to created a child theme for the SemPress theme you are using on the site. If you have then you can use the following in your child theme’s css

#access a, #access a:visited {
  display: block;
  line-height: 2em;
  padding-right: 1.5em;
  text-decoration: none;
  font-size: 1.4em;
  left: ;
}

Adjusting the font-size to meet your requirements.

If you haven’t then have a look at for making a child theme without too much coding.
